Mires Beck Nursery is looking for a dedicated Estates Support Worker to help maintain our beautiful grounds and gardens while supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in a unique, therapeutic horticultural setting.

THE ROLE

As our Estates Support Worker, you’ll play a vital dual role:
Maintaining our gardens, grounds, and facilities, ensuring a safe and attractive environment for all and working to support service users, helping them to learn and grow through hands-on outdoor tasks.
