Position Overview: This person must possess excellent communication and clinical skills and be able/willing to learn the products and services necessary to provide positive patient outcomes. We are looking for someone with a professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude! A current advanced esthetician license is required and you must be up-to-date in meeting any/all continuing education requirements required by a Board of Cosmetology. Position Responsibilities: • Minimum one year practicing medical aesthetics. • Provide consistent professional medical treatments, facial and body treatments in accordance with office protocols and accepted certification practices. • Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service • Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of skincare services while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered • Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures • Concentrate on patient retention and referrals • Maintain a social media presence and engagement • Positive attitude • Team player • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance • Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations • Handle patients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously Qualifications Requirements • Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations. • Strong team player. • Excellent customer service skills and work ethic. • Manage your individual professional social media page. • Able to work two afternoon/evening shifts until 7pm and 1 Saturday a month. • Professional manner.
