Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated esthetics graduate or soon-to-be graduate to join our team as a part-time receptionist, with the opportunity to grow into a Medical Holistic Esthetician role.

• Learn advanced treatments like Aerolase laser, SkinPen microneedling, Glacial Skin, and lymphatic massage
• Receive mentorship, ongoing education, and hands-on training

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or soon-to-be graduate of a recognized esthetics school (9–12 month diploma minimum)
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Positive attitude and team player — we keep things professional but fun at CCC
• Dermaplaning certification is an asset (can be completed before moving into esthetics role)

RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES (STARTING ROLE)

• Greet clients and create a welcoming experience
• Answer phones, book/manage appointments, and process payments
• Assist with product recommendations and retail sales
• Support estheticians and practitioners in preparing treatment rooms
• Help maintain an organized, professional spa environment

ESTHETICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES (NEAR FUTURE ROLE)

• Perform Bespoke Facials
• Provide medical-grade treatments (Aerolase Neo Elite Laser, SkinPen Microneedling, Glacial Skin Fx, Peels)
• Consult with clients to provide personalized skincare recommendations
• Continue learning and growing with ongoing education and advanced training
