We are seeking a skilled, passionate and experienced Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a deep understanding of various esthetics treatments. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests experiences by delivering high-quality services while maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within the beauty environment.
• Experience in retail sales, including upselling products and services.

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $17.85-$54.40 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, laser hair removal, microneedling, massage and nail care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Engage with our guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
• Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing guest records, and handling retail sales.
• Foster positive relationships with guests through excellent communication skills and hospitality.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.
