JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone who is experienced in and/or willing to be trained in Eyelash Extensions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Lash Extension services and potentially other esthetic services such as Waxing, Tinting etc. Your passion for Esthetics and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ beauty and confidence.

SKILLS

• Certificate or Experience in Eyelash Extensions or Esthetics is preferred
• Strong retail sales experience, with the ability to effectively sell services and products.
• Willingness to learn, and take directive to provide the service to a high standard of quality.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Effective communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in front desk operations is a plus, contributing to smooth daily operations.

• Perform high-quality Eyelash Extension & Esthetic services, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking out customers and managing client records.
• Foster strong client relationships through excellent service and effective communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
