POSITION OVERVIEW

The objective of the Esthetician is to provide an exceptional esthetic experience to all Frilly Lilly guests, while simultaneously building relationships with guests and fellow teammates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Overall excellent customer relations abilities
• Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting all teammates and raising the bar wherever possible
• Confidence to perform services to high esthetic standards.
• Able to maintain strong product knowledge as well as knowledge of Frilly Lilly esthetic techniques.
• Elevated verbal skills and ability to communicate with clients professionally
• Completed education in esthetics is required

• Varying shift length, 4 to 8 hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
