JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician/Lash Extension Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, lash extensions etc.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience in upselling services or retail sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and nail care services.
• Sanitze all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer informed recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of beauty products and supplies.
• Promote a positive atmosphere within the spa or salon environment.
