We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Esthetician, you will play a key role in enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients through various skincare treatments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and experience in upselling beauty products.
• Proficiency in body waxing and nail care is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with guests and understand their needs.

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and nail care.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to promote retail sales.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits through effective upselling techniques.
