Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or prenatal massage
• Perform professional skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate products and treatments based on client needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness routines to enhance results
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up
• Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and treatment notes accurately
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to meet sales goals
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements
