Esthetician Responsibilities (include but not limited to) The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services. Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations. Maintain expertise in product lines by attending ongoing training and educational courses, and proactively recommend products to guests. Schedule Flexible Scheduling – work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some holidays ; Weekend coverage is mandatory Compensation + Perks That Reward You Strong Earning Potential – An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $42-$44, including tips.
