Esthetician Responsibilities (include but not limited to): The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services. A commitment to participating in assigned tasks that are designed to grow therapist business and create repeat guest requests. Maintaining training and education on skincare lines and proactively promoting these products to guests. Completing all milk + honey approved courses regarding blood-borne pathogens and lancet protocols, sign and adhere to milk + honey’s lancet and applicable protocols. Keep 100% of guest gratuity. An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $42-$44, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.87.
