POSITION SUMMARY

Provide esthetic services as listed in the Polished Day Spa service menu. All treatments are executed efficiently and in timely manner by the standards of Polished Day Spa. Ensure that our clients are treated and regarded as our first priorty at all times. Understand the importance of and promote the companys vision, mission and values. Working as a valuable team memeber to achieve personal and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in providing esthetician services
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
• Proficiency in facial, nail care, body care and makeup application techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Attention to detail and ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to adhere to strict hygiene standards
• Promote retail sales through educating, recommending and up-selling products to clients
• Contribute and strive to achieve our objective of creating and offering our clients an exceptional spa experience
• Knowledgeable in benefits of treatments and encourage return visits as ongoing care
• Punctual and committed to work scheduales at all times
• Maintain a positive and calm attitude with clients and staff
• Responisible for leaving esthetic rooms/stations spotless and tidy, returning any product or tools to its proper place
• Must present a postive and polished image at all times
• Perform other duties and co-operate with other staff to keep spa clean and organized
• Advise owner of any challenges or issues immediately with respect to clients or equipment
• Direct client where to sit, offer beverage, hang belongings and advise technician when client is ready
• Provide support to other staff members whenever the oppurtunity presents itself and is appropriate
• Attend and contribute at regularly schedualed team meetings
• Must have 2 year esthetic experience
• Must have base clientele with room to grow
• Must have esthetician diploma

• Perform makeup applications for special events or occasions
• Apply eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural lashes
• Demonstrate and promote skincare products to clients
