Pure + Simple is an established leader in natural skin care. We offer treatments that are tailored to the individual with a compassionate, natural and efficacious approach. Our seven spa locations have been serving clients in communities across the GTA for 25 years and we are seeking experienced front desk staff that are passionate about people, building connections and an holistic approach to esthetics to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• A background in customer service, preference given to candidates that have experience working in spas or sales focused retail and hospitality environments.
• Accreditation from a recognized esthetics program.
• Experience with client booking systems and office software, specifically familiar with Book 4 Time and GSuite or able to learn these platforms.
• Comfortable working in a spa environment, able to exercise discretion and remain sensitive to client privacy, able to safely dispose of contained medical waste and sharps.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing and walking for extended periods, including up and down stairs.
• Lifting up to 30lbs, reaching, bending, carrying items up and down stairs.
• We are a natural skin care spa and limit the use of chemicals and synthetic fragrances whenever possible and are able to provide information about cleaning products and disinfectants to any candidates that have concerns about chemical sensitivities.

• Be our client’s most trusted point of contact in our spa, the relationship you build with our clients plays a crucial role in our shared success.
• Greet and welcome clients to the spa as they arrive for their services, escort clients to the treatment rooms and ensure their comfort for the duration of their visit.
• Consult clients and recommend treatments tailored to their unique needs.
• Perform esthetics services and facials based on Pure + Simple principles and ethos.
• Know our products, services and standards. You are an ambassador for a renown natural skincare brand.
• Actively seek to learn and gain knowledge about Pure + Simple products and stay up to date on industry trends and practices.
• Perform opening and closing spa duties including basic general cleaning and tidying, maintaining the retail area and restocking products.
• Answer and return phone calls and emails as well as other daily administrative tasks.
• Book client services and check clients in and out from their appointments.
• Reach out to clients by phone and email to offer services, celebrate birthdays and holidays, inform of specials and offers and updates on available treatments.
• Perform client retention tasks including reaching out to clients who are due for treatments.
• Sell skin care and recommend treatments to get clients the best results.
