POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness. You will perform a range of aesthetic treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and contribute to the success of our clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or certification in Esthetics from a recognized institution (mandatory)
• Valid professional license in Quebec (if applicable to treatments performed)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred (new graduates welcome if highly motivated)
• Strong knowledge of skin care, facial anatomy, and cosmetic treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and product knowledge experience is an asset
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required

• Perform facial treatments (medical and spa facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, etc.)
• Provide advanced skincare treatments as trained and certified (IPL, laser hair removal, etc., if applicable)
• Conduct client consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans and home care regimens
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment room, following spa hygiene and safety standards
• Promote and educate clients on retail skincare products and packages
• Assist in creating a welcoming environment for clients with excellent customer service
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Support clinic events, promotions, and social media initiatives when needed
