Job Type: Permanent – Full-time or Part-time (15–40 hours/week)
Pay: From $18.50/hour or commission based.

The Brock Beauty Co. is a newly launching salon collective in the heart of Cannington, ON. Our space is currently under renovation, blending modern luxury with small-town charm. We offer a collaborative, stylish, and welcoming environment where beauty professionals can grow their business while being part of a supportive community.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Esthetician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their clientele in a beautiful new space. Our esthetician will have access to a private, newly renovated treatment room and can choose to work on a room rental or commission-based model.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality esthetic services such as facials, waxing, skincare treatments, and specialty services (lashes, brows, etc. are considered assets).
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon for cross-promotion opportunities.

Requirements:

• Licensed esthetician or skincare professional.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Specialties such as lash extensions, brow services, facials, or body waxing are an asset.
• Existing clientele is an advantage, but not required.
