The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional to join our engineering consultancy team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest sustainability standards set by the Estidama Pearl Rating System, contributing to environmentally responsible and energy-efficient developments. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the implementation of Estidama Pearl Rating System requirements across engineering projects. - Provide expert advice and guidance on sustainability practices and Estidama compliance. - Conduct assessments and prepare documentation to achieve Pearl Rating targets. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate sustainable design strategies. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of Estidama-related reports and certifications. - Stay updated on Estidama guidelines and regulatory changes, ensuring all projects meet current standards. - Deliver training sessions and workshops to internal teams and clients on Estidama principles.

Requirements

• Professional certification as an Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional is mandatory. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field. - Proven experience in applying the Estidama Pearl Rating System in engineering consultancy projects. - Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental regulations in Abu Dhabi. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
