Descripción del empleo AECOM se encuentra en la búsqueda de un responsable en Estimador de Costos I (Civil) para trabajar en sus oficinas en Lima, Perú. Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a: Solicitar cotizaciones a proveedores locales e internacionales. Realizar la evaluación y comparación de las ofertas recibidas. Realizar la extracción de cantidades a partir de los modelos. Estimar las cantidades de las partidas asociadas. Estimar las cantidades de las partidas calculadas. Elaborar las correspondientes memorias de cálculo de cantidades. Apoyar en la elaboración de análisis de precios unitarios. Apoyar en la elaboración de informes y reportes asociados con la estimación de costos de construcción. Requisitos Requerimientos mínimos: Ingeniero Civil o una equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación. Preferiblemente conocimiento en manejo de Software de estimación de costos de construcción. Conocimiento básico de Revit y civil 3D para extracción de cantidades a partir de modelos. Información adicional Requisitos deseables: Ingeniero Civil con experiencia específica mayor a 1 año en la estimación de costos de construcción y medición de cantidades, para especialidades de Estructuras, Pavimentos y movimientos masivos de tierra en proyectos de infraestructura. Responsibilities

The Estimator I (Civil) will be responsible for soliciting quotes from local and international suppliers, evaluating and comparing received offers, and estimating quantities associated with construction projects. Additional tasks include preparing calculation memos and supporting the development of unit price analyses and cost estimation reports.
