• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
• Capacité à déterminer efficacement les priorités, à gérer des volumes importants et à respecter des délais serrés.
• Bilingue (français et anglais).

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Leetwo Metal is currently seeking a full-time, in-office quoting specialist, who specializes in sheet metal & machining. The quoting specialist is responsible for fabrication costs, preparing quotations and interfacing with suppliers, co-workers, and customers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-5 years of estimating experience preferred (Upgrade Training Available)
• At least one (1) year of experience in a purchasing position.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Be detail-oriented & organized.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to efficiently determine priorities, manage peak volumes & meet tight deadlines.
• Bilingual (French & English).

• Prompt preparation of estimates in response to customer inquiries.
• Knowledge on how to read and interpret drawings.
• Act as resource to sales team to obtain outstanding information, process orders, etc.
• Contact suppliers to obtain costs for estimates.
• Understand customer specifications, including engineering specifications.
