Description
Primary Responsibilities: General administrative duties including but not limited to client folder setup and quotations Co-ordination of inbox, tender enquiries, tender drawing downloads & revisions. Document control. Data entry into ERP system StruMIS (Entering quotes for client tenders, import Philippine take offs into strumis estimates, prepare data & documents to send out for external pricing e.g. Purlin & rigging pricing Prepare fortnightly and monthly estimating reports. Request feedback from customers (upon request) Liaising with external suppliers and requesting quotes (purlin & rigging etc.) Support Project Managers and Senior Managers with administrative tasks: Job Job Sheets Form 12s Prepare Introduction Letters for new projects Prepare estimating take-offs in Blue Beam/ manually and import into StruMIS Prepare Estimate subsection extras Update/amend quote planner when required Creating links for Trimble models EOM reporting Prepare fortnightly follow up possibilities list for team Skills and Experience: Data entry skills. Hands-on experience with MS Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience with Office 365 (Excel, word , ect) Interest working in the construction industry. Performance Goals/Measures: Complete tasks to deadlines. Deal and always develop relationships with employees professionally. Further develop StruMis skills to a high level of competency to complete primary responsibilities.
