IT WOULD IDEALLY SUIT SOMEONE LOOKING TO INCREASE THEIR CAD KNOWLEDGE. YOU SHOULD BE A CONFIDENT SELF-STARTER WITH COMMON SENSE AND ENTHUSIASM.

Main Duties
· Measuring architectural plans to determine room areas and dimensions
Producing Underfloor heating system designs using CAD
· Producing quotations using estimating tools and software
· Revising and amending quotes
· Liaising with and advising customers and building good relationships with the sales team
· Dealing with e-mails and phone queries
· Prompt and accurate updating of records and logs

Some knowledge of CAD
· Enthusiastic with good written and verbal communication skills
· PC literate with good Excel skills
· Good level of numeracy [ GCSE Maths] with the ability to pay close attention to detail
· Able to work to and meet deadlines within a team environment
· Previous experience or qualification within construction/ building would be an advantage
As part of the interview process candidates will be tested for numeracy, excel skills and working with measurements from diagrams.
