  Construction Estimating Coordinator Job Description The Construction Estimating Coordinator supports the estimating team by organizing project documentation, coordinating bid processes, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of cost estimates. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist estimators in preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals * Monitoring plan rooms and solicitation websites for bid opportunities  * Download, organize, and maintain project files, drawings, specifications, and bid documents * Coordinate subcontractor and supplier outreach, including sending bid invitations and tracking responses * Maintain and update vendor lists * Track bid schedules, deadlines, and ensure timely submission of proposals * Assist with bid package preparation and support final proposal assembly * Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather required information * Assist with post-bid analysis and documentation * Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems * Update bid calendar  Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or administrative support * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); estimating software experience is a plus * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Key Skills & Competencies * Organization and document control * Multitasking and deadline management * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Team collaboration * Data entry and cost tracking accuracy
