We are currently seeking an entry to mid-career level Engineer with a desire to estimate and manage heavy construction projects. Under the guidance of Senior Estimator/Project Managers, this position is responsible for bidding and securing heavy civil construction projects and once projects are awarded, manage the contract work from start to finish. The types of projects include Roadways, Utilities, Water and Sewer Services, and Concrete throughout the State of Delaware and surrounding areas.
Prior Estimating experience is not required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred and this role will provide the experience required to sit for PE.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong communication skills.
