POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Role: Estimating Manager
• Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC (full relocation assistance available)
• Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 USD + Bonus + 401K Matching + Benefits + 3-4 weeks Vacation

• Lead a team of 3-8 Estimators, overseeing bids and proposals.
• Manage project estimates for labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Chair team meetings and review design options to recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Guide risk assessment processes and manage risk registers.
• Ensure smooth handoff of estimating documents to project execution teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
