Job Description ey Responsibilities Review and analyze customer RFQs to determine scope, materials, labor, and technical requirements Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals Process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures Source and obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors for purchased items Evaluate vendor pricing, lead times, and technical compliance Procure all necessary materials, components, and services required for assigned jobs Coordinate with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure job requirements are clearly defined Maintain detailed records of quotes, estimates, and procurement documentation Monitor project costs and assist with cost control efforts Support continuous improvement initiatives in estimating and procurement processes Qualifications 5+ years of experience in estimating, process engineering, or procurement in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of RFQ processes, vendor sourcing, and purchase order management Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and scope documents Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills ECI JobBOSS2 experience Experience in cost modeling and project budgeting Familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Military and DoD procurement is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
