JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with a strong civil engineering background to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing and calculating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil construction projects. Prior experience working within the UAE market and knowledge of local construction practices, codes, and pricing is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimation, preferably within civil/infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory: Strong experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, and local market rates in the UAE.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
