JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for local and international projects, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with project specifications. The candidate must also have hands-on experience in material submittals related to steel structures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in estimation within steel fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of material submittals for steel structure projects.
• Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tenders for steel fabrication projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and technical compliance.
• Prepare and review material submittals in line with client and consultant requirements.
• Support project teams with cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering.
• Work on both local and international projects, ensuring compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with technical, procurement, and project execution teams for seamless project delivery.
