We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer (MEP) to join our dynamic Fit-Out team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for interior fit-out projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in estimation for MEP within the interior fit-out sector.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, installation methods, and market prices.
• Proficient in estimation software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed and competitive estimates for MEP works.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.
• Prepare cost breakdowns, rate analyses, and value engineering proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of cost estimates with actual execution.
• Update and maintain a cost database for material, labor, and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when necessary.
