• Estimate quantities, surface area, volumes, etc. and perform all quantity take offs for our assigned scope of work.
• Compile the tender BOQ with description based on the quantity take offs.
• Ensure the Tender document Submission date, clarification date, Bid bond available or not, if available check bid bond value and apply the concern bank.
• Checking/inspection of all tender document, preparation of RFI.
• Taking quantities from received drawing and preparing BOQ or if BOQ provided confirming BOQ quantities with tender drawing and identifying the extra works if any
• Analysis of rates for labour, material and plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
• Reviewing and study all kind of tenders in electrical field and doing site survey
• Preparation of comprehensive cost estimate for MEP projects including material quantities, labour requirements, equipment and sub contractor’s cost.
• Identification of potential cost overruns/ deviations from the initial estimates and provide recommendations for corrective measures
• Preparing comprehensive cost estimates based on client RFQs, leveraging historical data and market intelligence to optimize financial outcomes for complex offshore and subsea projects
• Responding to client, vendor, and customer inquiries regarding tender specifications, clarifications, and technical details, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining strong relationships
• Led the preparation and submission of bids for complex oil and gas projects, including Chemical Injection Skids, Sampling Systems, and Metering Skids
• Coordination of Engineering, procurement, and Construction activity, co-operate and communicate with the Project Manager
• Submission of Material Approval Request (MAR), MoS, Work Package to ADNOC for Approval
• Co-ordination with Procurement team for Bulk Material and raising of RFQ (request for quotation) E&I Telecom
• Attended customer and vendor meetings to answer technical questions and complete required deliverables
• To prepare Quantity Take-offs (QTO) / Bill of Materials (BOM) from provided isometric,

General Arrangement (GA) and detail layout drawings

• Sending Quotation to the Client
• Preparation material & quantity takeoff of the Electrical & Instrumentation like Bulk MTO, Cable tray, Lighting, Earthing.
• Responsible for preparing estimates for DBOOM projects, shutdown works, EPC projects,Piping fabrication and installation, Structural,Pipeline construction, equipment erection both Onshore and Offshore projects
• Prepare pre-bid queries by reviewing the scope of work and ITT documents
• Develop rate and price breakdowns for each BOQ item by estimating material, manpower, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect costs
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and OEMs to obtain cost estimates for their services
• Develop and deliver presentation to clients and internal stakeholders
• Review and finalize new P.O /Subcontract and scope of work by filling out Contract Checklist for sign-off from management
• Preparing and Review of other discipline requirements like civil, structural, piping and mechanical related to scope
• Preparing and sending of technical queries related to current scope, existing facility, tie-ins, system interface requirements, existing system and equipment manufacturer details, DGS and etc.,
