MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the Oil & Gas and construction industry.
· Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
· Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical estimating.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and estimation software.
· Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Oil & Gas: 5 years (Preferred)

· Analyze project plans and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
· Collaborate with engineers and Proposal managers to determine the scope of work.
· Review and interpret technical specification, drawings and schematics.
· Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates.
· Submits RFQ to Vendor and get quotation for deference mechanical equipment / components.
· Prepare TBE, Evaluate and select suitable materials and equipment for projects in cooperation with LDE mechanical and proposal leader.
· Prepare and submit bid proposals for mechanical projects.
· Monitor and report on project progress and any deviations from the plan.
· Provide support during project implementation to ensure estimated costs are adhered to.
