JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Manager – Aluminium to lead the cost estimation and technical proposal processes for façade, Aluminium, and glazing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of Aluminium systems, and the ability to interpret project specifications, architectural drawings, and structural documents to prepare accurate, competitive, and comprehensive cost estimates.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminium estimation, preferably in the façade or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of aluminium systems, profiles, accessories, and fabrication techniques.
  • Proficient in reading architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
  • Experience with industry-standard software (AutoCAD, ERP, estimation tools, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documentation to prepare accurate and complete cost estimates for aluminium and joinery works.
  • Handle client inquiries, including follow-ups on missing documentation, technical clarifications, and design intent verification.
  • Evaluate design options and recommend the most cost-effective and compliant systems and solutions.
  • Select and finalize appropriate aluminium systems, typologies, and profiles aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Review and verify window schedules, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and section details to ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimations and submit commercial quotations, ensuring pricing accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtain customer approval and feedback on submitted proposals and quotations.
  • Identify and select suitable systems based on project specifications; advise fabricators and stakeholders in the absence of detailed consultant specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external fabricators to provide technical input and system recommendations.
