JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an accomplished Estimation Manager to lead our aluminum and façade estimation department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost proposals, managing tender submissions, and providing strategic commercial insights that directly impact the company’s profitability and market position. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership ability to drive excellence in estimation and tendering processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in aluminum and façade estimation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of curtain walls, stick and unitized systems, structural glazing, cladding, and architectural aluminum solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software such as CCS (Candy), PlanSwift, or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation ability.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
