ESTIMATION MANAGER – ALUMINUM & FAÇADE

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Estimation Manager to lead the cost estimation function for our aluminum and façade projects. This is a strategic role that supports our growth and competitiveness in a fast-paced and design-driven construction environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Estimation Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate cost proposals, managing tender submissions, and supporting commercial decision-making. The role demands technical expertise, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to ensure profitable and competitive bids.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• 10–15 years of estimation experience in façade and aluminum systems, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Expertise in curtain walls, cladding, and structural glazing systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation platforms like CCS, Candy, or
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
