Responsibilities

JOIN OUR TEAM AT GEMINI BALLARAT – VEHICLE ESTIMATOR ROLE

At Gemini Ballarat, we pride ourselves on maintaining a well-organised and pristine automotive repair centre, located just 10 minutes from Ballarat Central. Our dedicated team of 15 specialists focuses on small to medium repairs, offering strong, long-term support from day one. We also provide ample on-site parking for your convenience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with industry targets and procedures.
  • Complete quotes both onsite, offsite, and online.
  • Perform arrival inspections, including damage mapping and vehicle imaging.
  • Coordinate parts orders to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Manage supplier communications for any additional authorised work.
  • Ensure all vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers with confidence and care.
