This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the field of inside sales. Working closely with an experienced salesperson, you will learn to identify and pursue sales opportunities, build relationships with clients, and exceed sales targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Obtain product knowledge and understand product offerings to meet or exceed assigned sales targets • Build and maintain relationships with customers. Communicate with existing customers, build on present business, and expand our current customer base • Provide good customer service and support by taking their information, researching the product needed, and making recommendations with supervisor approval • Become proficient with company software used for processing orders. All opportunities and quotes MUST be entered into our CRM system • Attend trade shows to discuss product offerings with potential customers, providing a professional and welcoming representation of the company • Must be prepared for on-call or after-hours emergencies as required • Perform other duties as requested to achieve departmental and company goals and objectives May be modified from time to time.
