REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ estimating experience within joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out sectors.
• Strong understanding of specialist joinery processes, materials, and production methods.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed CAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in estimating software and Excel.
• High level of accuracy, organisation, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, independent working style.
• Must be based in the UK.

• Prepare detailed estimates for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out packages.
• Interpret architectural and workshop drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Liaise with designers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to source accurate cost information.
• Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising design quality.
• Produce clear cost breakdowns and present tender returns to senior leadership.
• Support with pricing variations and budget reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
