KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in estimating construction works.
• Knowledge of relevant business operating systems (Sage 200 preferred).
• Proficiency in CAD and strong computer literacy (Excel competency essential).
• Relevant certifications (CSCS, IOSH, SMSTS or greater).
• Familiarity with industry standards, legislation, and professional specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves managing the estimating process from initial site survey to quote delivery, ensuring accurate specifications, costings, and bill of materials across a range of projects. The Estimator will play a key role in meeting service level agreements (SLAs), maximising customer satisfaction, and ensuring company profitability.
