YOUR NEW ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing commercial team in Prescot. The successful candidate will take the lead on pricing and tendering a variety of office fit-out and refurbishment projects across the North West. This is a key role where you will contribute directly to the company’s continued growth and client success by preparing accurate and competitive costings.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for Cat A & B fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Reviewing tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
• Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and constraints
• Preparing and presenting tender submissions to the Commercial Director
• Working closely with the project and design teams to develop cost-effective solutions
• Monitoring cost variations and assisting with value engineering
• Supporting contract handovers to ensure clear cost baselines
• Maintaining a database of rates and pricing information
