Ö Project Evaluation – Review drawings, specs, and tender forms to fully understand the project scope, identify potential cost savings, and flag construction challenges.
Ö Subcontractor and Supplier Coordination – Select and invite qualified subcontractors and suppliers to participate in quotes.
Ö Site and Pre-Tender Meetings – Attend pre-bid site visits and client meetings to gather essential project details.
Ö Cost Estimating and Proposal Preparation – Collaborate as needed with the PM to develop detailed estimates covering materials, labour, equipment, subcontracts, and general conditions.
Ö Risk Management – Ensure required bonding, insurance, and documentation are in place before submission deadlines.
Ö Project Handover – Create thorough pass-off packages for the project management team to ensure smooth execution.
Ö Ongoing Support – Support the team throughout the project lifecycle, including handling change orders and coordinating with subtrades.
