Qualifications What They’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: 3–5 years of Commercial Drywall Estimating experience, with a solid understanding of scopes, assemblies, and project workflow A stable work history and a track record of commitment and reliability Expert-level ability using bid management and estimating software Strong leadership qualities and the confidence to contribute to a high-performing team Proficiency in Quick Bid with OST—a must The ability to take direction well while also stepping up with initiative and problem-solving instincts If you’re the type of estimator who can break down complex scopes, develop razor-sharp bids, and partner with operations to deliver winning results, you’ll thrive here.
