JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by accurately assessing project costs and providing essential insights that guide our construction projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in construction estimating software, and the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other relevant estimating software is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
