Who The Client Is: A well-established player in the concrete and construction space, known for delivering reliable, high-quality work across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. With years of experience and a reputation for precision, we pride ourselves on combining practical know-how with modern systems to keep projects on track, on budget, and built to last. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Contracts & Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting estimates, assisting with contract administration, and providing general administrative support. This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a construction-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate quotes and estimates for projects. Assist with lead qualification and follow-up on inquiries. Support sales and production teams by providing timely cost data and documentation. Enter and track invoices against project budgets. Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with company processes. Support contract documentation and communications with stakeholders. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and correspondence. Assist with scheduling, filing, and office organization. Provide general support to the management team as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in estimating, contracts administration, or a similar administrative role (construction or concrete industry experience a plus) Experience completing detailed steel, concrete, and formwork take-offs/quantities for residential, commercial, and industrial projects Strong understanding of concrete project workflows (e.g., raft slabs, suspended slabs) Ability to prepare detailed BOQs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred, but not essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and documentation Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
