A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team as an Estimator

• To act as the first point of contact for clients
• Responsible for estimating work, completing quotations and tenders. Including calculating cost of resources, materials and labour.
• Produce tender and quote documentation and review client documentation.
• Liaise with clients and participate in project clarification meetings.
• Work closely with the Site and Works Managers providing project and cost updates to clients.
• Review clients drawings and information and to be able to supply quote accordingly.
• Experience in Terms of Conditions and Contracts would be an advantage.
