Now, we’re seeking a talented Construction Estimator/Cost Analyst to join our growing team.
As a Construction Estimator/Cost Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate cost estimates and analysis for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing project blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Conducting thorough material and labor cost research to ensure accuracy in estimates.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and insights.
  • Evaluating potential risks and opportunities to optimize project budgets and timelines.
  • Generating detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.Continuously monitoring project costs and providing proactive recommendations for cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or Cost Analyst in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and labor costs.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software (Bluebeam) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
