We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Coulter Smith Construction Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing project costs and ensuring that our bids are competitive and accurate. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
