JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Joinery Fit-out Estimator cum Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out and joinery industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing costs efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Estimator/Draftsman in Interior Joinery Fit out Projects
· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design
· Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other drafting software
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Basic knowledge of estimating software like PlanSwift, Bluebeam or similar
· Good understanding of joinery works with strong knowledge of materials (wood, veneer, laminates, hardware, etc.), manufacturing processes, and installation techniques
· Excellent command of written and spoken English

· Assess project requirements and client specifications to determine scope of work.
· Study/Review tender drawings and documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer, liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope and clarifications.
· Prepare bills of quantities by means of analyzing direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
· Sending inquiries to suppliers/subcontractors and comparing received quotations.
· Prepare/Revise detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
· Update drawings based on site conditions or client changes.
· Supporting client presentations with 2D/3D visuals.
