We are a Construction Manager-at-Risk, Design-Build, General Contracting, Program Management, and Job Order Contractor with over 1,200 employees providing annual revenue in excess of $1.5 billion.
We are looking for a results-oriented Pre-Construction Manager with experience in construction planning, estimating and project management to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This fast-paced department aims to provide professional preconstruction and virtual construction services for large-scale Commercial, K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare and Municipal projects.

Responsibilities:
The Pre-Construction Manager will provide comprehensive preconstruction services, including estimating, scheduling, value engineering, risk management, bid solicitation and subcontractor outreach/procurement on multiple large-scale commercial construction projects. This will involve collaboration with owners, architects, preconstruction team members and the Operations team. This individual will research market conditions, historical cost data, price building materials and labor, work on material quantifications and scopes, bid solicitations and schedule planning. He/she will also be expected to provide a detailed review of design plans and specifications on projects for a wide range of institutional clients.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in construction management or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering, construction technology, architecture, business administration)
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Technology: Proficiency with Assemble, OST, CAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
Preferred Experience with Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam and Procore, Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
