QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum of 3 years estimating experience in construction
• Highly organized and thorough, cooperative, excellent communicating and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solver and multi-tasker
• Knowledge of modern construction practices, techniques and equipment
• Proficient computer use including Excel

  Pay: $43,958.48-$103,297.26 per year

• Fully review tender documents, identify scope of work and required documents
• Interpret drawings and complete accurate materials take-off
• Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers and trades
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, trades and clients
• Complete full project estimate, complete & submit bid proposal
• Coordinate & schedule with material suppliers, subtrades and owner
• Complete project schedule, project cost analysis
