VACANCY OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a Roof Truss and Posi Joist Estimator & Designer to join the Crendon Timber
Engineering team. You will be responsible for producing estimates along with detailed, accurate designs for our products to
meet customer/business requirements.
We are looking for an individual with natural ability to build a rapport and communicate with customers, providing them
with technical knowledge and experience to drive opportunity across our market sector.

SKILLS REQUIRED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Good understanding of I.T (use of Microsoft Office 365 suite).

• MiTek PAMIR experience preferable.
• Confident written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required to liaise with colleagues and customers.
• Able to work as part of a team in an open office environment but also be self-motivated to meet deadlines and

customer expectations.

• Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent customer service.
• Experience is preferred; however, development Junior and training roles will be considered.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Liaise with customers both in person and over the phone to forge strong relationships.
• Attend site and customer visits to obtain information and support our customer requirements.
• Interpret customer requirements and provide efficient and professional estimates and designs, ensuring high levels

of customer service.

• Work collaboratively in branch to ensure designs are efficient, cost effective and in line with company KPI’s.
