We are looking for an Estimator for growing company based in Toronto.

• Minimum 2 year college diploma in a construction related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction estimating, preferably in flooring
• Ability to read and interpret complex project specifications, tender documents and drawings.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written communication and mathematical skills.
• Must be familiar with PlanSwift Software
• Record and compare bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare changes to costs estimates when customers change their plans, or when the availability of materials or labour changes
• Make reports about expenses for the duration of the project
• Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
• Proven experience as estimator or similar position
