Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for architectural systems, with a focus on facade aluminum products such as windows, doors, and curtainwalls
• Utilize LogiKal software to perform material takeoffs, generate cost calculations, and create accurate project estimates
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate and timely updates
• Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D/3D software, incorporating design specifications, dimensions, and material details
• Review and modify existing drawings based on project specifications and design changes
• Collaborate with the Orgadata system to manage project data, schedules, and material ordering
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and technical information
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop precise estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales representatives to ensure estimates align with project scope and client expectations
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all estimates and drawings
• Provide technical support to clients, project teams, and sales representatives as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of estimates, drawings, and related documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in estimating and drafting, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
• Proficiency in LogiKal software for material takeoffs and estimating
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D for creating technical drawings
• Experience with Orgadata system for project management and material ordering
• Strong knowledge of facade aluminum systems, including windows, doors, and curtainwalls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with other estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
